Welcome to Reading ADHD Group

Reading ADHD Group is an adult ADHD Support network providing free ADHD support throughout Berkshire and the surrounding areas. We offer monthly in person support groups, educational workshops and other free resources.

It all began in 2024 as an informal gathering of adults in two years, with no funding and no grants, it has grown into a peer support network delivering monthly meetings, online workshops, a psychoeducation programme, and a free resource hub.
